Gretty, our founder and owner, works alongside her daughter Gabriela, our Assistant Director, to create a welcoming place for children ages 1 through 5 in Cutler Bay. Together, they bring personal attention to each family and a shared dedication to helping little ones learn, grow, and feel at home.

With a passion for childcare that began in Venezuela, Gretty has cared for children professionally since 2010, gaining experience in Montessori settings and personalized care. In 2024, she founded Little Learners Center in Miami. Her approach combines patience, warmth, and respect for each child’s pace, helping little ones feel valued and families feel welcome.
Gabriela has supported her mother, Gretty, for many years and now helps oversee daily operations as Assistant Director. She also currently works as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), adding valuable experience to her background in childcare. Gabriela brings a thoughtful, caring approach to her work, helping create organized, welcoming days for children and their families.
